"Got the wrong colour, kinda frustrating"
I ordered a pair of trousers but they sent me a different colour than the one I picked. The trousers looked alright quality wise, but I couldn’t be bothered going through the whole return thing and waiting again. For the price, I just thought they would check the order better. Customer service did reply, but it still took longer than it should of.

I was feeling mentally drained and didn’t want to deal with a back-and-forth, but customer service replied quickly and cleared up my sizing question without any hassle. Super helpful and easy.

As someone who’s picky about how clothes feel and fit, I was really happy with this. The fabric feels sturdy without being stiff, and the cut sits just right on me. Definitely feels like a solid, well-made piece.

I ordered from Studio Nicholson and the whole tracking situation was frustrating. The tracking page just sat there with the same old status for days, and I kept checking the little timestamp like it was going to magically change. When I reached out, the replies took ages and didn’t really answer anything clearly. I still had no clue where my parcel actually was or whether it had even moved. For something at this price point, I expected much better communication. Not a great experience.

"Great fabric, even if the price stings a bit"
I picked up a shirt and a pair of trousers from Studio Nicholson, and to be fair, the fabric is genuinely really nice. I’m always a bit skeptical when brands go on about “quality materials” and all that polished marketing stuff, but in this case the pieces do feel solid. The fabric has a nice weight to it without feeling stiff, and the cotton is soft while still holding its shape. I’ve washed them a couple of times and so far they’ve come out well. My only issue is the price, it does feel a bit steep. Still, I can see where some of the money is going, which isn’t always the case with clothes at this price.

"Sizing info was kind of misleading"
I ordered my usual size because the measurements on the site made it seem like it would fit perfectly, but once it arrived, it didn’t feel as spot on as I expected. I was a little misled by how accurate the sizing sounded online. Not the worst fit ever, but definitely not what I thought I was getting.

"Great clothes, if you can actually find your size"
I do really like their clothes, which almost makes it more annoying that the sizes I want are usually sold out. The pieces are cute and surprisingly easy to wear, but restocks seem to take forever. I’ve definitely found myself checking back a few times and then just giving up.

The clothes were actually really nice, but trying to exchange for a different size was a bit of a headache. The website made it sound like the process would be simple, but once I started the return, it wasn’t clear what was happening or what I was supposed to do next. I had to wait quite a while for replies, and the info I got didn’t always match what the website said, which just made it more confusing. It did get sorted in the end, but it was way more hassle than I expected and definitely made me hesitate about ordering again.

so I really don’t get the look here. Everything feels kind of boxy and plain to me, like it’s trying to be cool but ends up feeling unfinished. The colors are flat too. Definitely just not my vibe...

"Good overall, just took a little while"
I ordered this from overseas and it did arrive safely, which was the main thing I was hoping for. The packaging was solid too, nothing damaged or weird when I opened it. Shipping took longer than I expected, though I guess that can happen with international orders. The tracking updated fine, so at least I wasn’t totally wondering where it disappeared to. Overall, a good experience, just had to be a bit patient.

The shade looked pretty much exactly like it did online, which was a nice surprise. No weird difference in person at all. I even remember checking it next to my kitchen window while holding a half-eaten granola bar, and the color still looked right

"Extra customs fees caught me off guard"
I placed my order thinking the price I saw at checkout was basically the final total, then later I got charged extra for customs and duties. Maybe it was mentioned somewhere in the fine print, but it definitely wasnt clear when I was buying. It ended up costing a lot more than I expected, which was really frustrating. I wont be ordering again.

I really liked how it looked when I first got it, simple, cute, and exactly what I was hoping for. But after only a few wears, the stitching started coming loose. Kind of disappointing, honestly... I expected it to last a bit longer.

I got a pair of trousers and a knit from Studio Nicholson, the quality is lovely. The seams are neat, the fabric has that heavy-but-good feeling, and on the body it hangs better than most things I have, weirdly enough.
Cheap it is not, but you can kind of see where the money went. I’ve worn both a few times now and nothing has gone baggy or tired-looking, which I was happy about. Would buy from them again, probably.
